Hot Pot, also called Steam Boat or 火鍋, brings friends and family together over a simmering feast. Pick your favourite ingredients such as shiitake mushrooms, pork belly, wombok and crabsticks, and toss them into the pot. Keep an eye on what's cooking and scoop them up before anyone else.
